Introduction
Welcome to OVKOR.com. By visiting this website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools provided here, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as 'Resources'), you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

We have the right at our sole discretion to remove any content that, we feel in our judgment does not comply with this User Agreement, along with any content that we feel is otherwise offensive, harmful, objectionable, inaccurate, or violates any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks. We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
h. We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn't violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of OVKOR.com, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.
i. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OVKOR.com and its parent company and affiliates, and their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors and/or Ohroara and any of her team, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfil any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defence of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.

Comments (other than OVKOR’s) provided are opinions of others and not necessarily of the same view as the website or OVKOR or website employees/helpers. Although blog comments are intended to be moderated, there is no guarantee that they will be moderated and there is no guarantee as to the quality or correctness or appropriateness or helpfulness of comments from visitors or featured articles or featured writers or provided links. There is also no guarantee as to the quality, correctness, appropriateness, usefulness, accuracy, timeliness, or helpfulness of the website or any information/opinion provided by OVKOR or the website. Although OVKOR wishes every person to be true and act well she and this site do not guarantee the authenticity or reliability of comments or the authenticity or reliability of other users.
There is also no guarantee that the site is technically error-free. If any technical error is found (e.g. you are unable to access your account) then you may submit a contact form to let us know of the error. However it is not guaranteed that the technical error will be fixed.

Ohroara and this website and the website employees or helpers are not responsible for injury or damage to any individual related to or resulting from your or any other person’s use or access of this Website and its Content.
OVKOR and anyone representing OVKOR are not doctors or pastors or counselors or of any such qualification and their comments are simply personal opinion not advice for you or anyone’s particular situation to be followed. If you require professional assistance from a pastor or church leader or doctor or hospital or counselor or other professional please get it from a suitable professional as OVKOR and this website and website employees/helpers are not responsible for you. If you locate any error you may submit a contact form to let us know of the error but we do not guarantee that the error will be fixed.

OVKOR.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.
If purchasing items through provided outside links and problems arise, if you need assistance you should contact the provided link not OVKOR.com (e.g. If a link you clicked on from OVKOR.com to purchase a song on itunes fails to deliver the item and yet itunes did charge you, if you desire to pursue the matter, you should contact itunes and find a solution through them to get the desired song as they are the company you purchased from.)

All content and materials available on OVKOR.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of OVKOR or our associated artists or associated authors (with the exception of some outside logos which have links to their sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, itunes, Spotify, and including any auxiliaries or third-party apps we utilitze etc.), and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. All content and materials of music, songs and lyrics available on OVKOR.com are the intellectual property of OVKOR or our associated artists such as Ohroara and are protected by applicable copyright law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by OVKOR.com or Ohroara (whichever of these are the legal copyright owner).
Free games
At present we are working on our own games. Until they are ready we may use third-party apps for providing games. There is no guarantee as to the availability of games (or any content) or of the appropriateness of games (or any content) or the functionality of games (or any content). As mentioned all users must be at the age of consent in their country.
Free Songs/ Free Download
Some of our creations may be available at certain times for free downloads.
No guarantee is given that any item will be available for free or for download. Just because a song is "Christian" in theme, or says "Christian" type words (like "Jesus" or "Bible" or "God" or "saviour" etc.) does not mean it will be free.
In general we hope at OVKOR to offer free Christian gospel songs that have the whole song geared to being for and teaching or evangelism or empowerment through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Although we are an entertainment company we hope that all our products and productions will give glory to our wonderful Lord God.
There may be songs that mention the gospel which we will not offer as free.
There may be a song which you or others determine to be partially or wholly a Christian gospel song which we do not offer as free. This is why we do not and will not guarantee any song at all to be free. We will not guarantee that any thing will be free.
If you have previously bought a song and then find it for free we will not be giving a refund. There are no refunds for songs or music purchases.
Any song we offer for free will also be available for purchase. This is because we and our associated artists have worked long and hard to bring beautiful music to you. If you would like to buy it to show your support then please do. If your financial situation does not allow it, then please download it from our website for free if we offer it to you as available for free. You may also give a donation to OVKOR.
Coupons

No guarantee is made that any coupon is valid. If you buy something and forget to use a coupon or find out that you could have used a coupon you still can not use a coupon or ask or demand a refund.

To be in the draw automatically for any prize you must provide your correct address in your member area to enter (so that we can send prizes and validate that you are a real person) and this must be for you to be eligible to enter. (This is so that we don't have to invalidate entries who decide to never give us their address. So if you want a chance to win a prize, then provide your address in your private member account details area.) Your Paypal account is for sending cash prizes for our competition winner for competitions that give cash prizes. If you refuse to or do not wish to give your Paypal email then you are not eligible for receiving any cash prize and your entry is forfeited. Each competition is normally different so please see the terms for each individual competition. However, generally, a competition prize may be altered at any time, as in a physical product may be substituted for a cash prize or a digital file. A competition may also be postponed or cancelled at any time, due to economic hardship, war, lockdowns, loss or destruction or damage of prizes, website technicalities or any other reason. As a member you shall not hold OVKOR or its employees accountable in any way.
Donations
OVKOR has made donations available. Donations are for the support of OVKOR and its work in the film and entertainment industry. OVKOR is a commercial company which is including donation capability as a way to fund our company and our entertainment projects. We make this donation process available to our supporters. We aim to provide quality entertainment for both Christians and non-Christians. Your donations are not tax-deductible. Donation amounts will be reduced by any amount of lawful fees and taxes and the remainder passed on to the company OVKOR. No guarantee is made that any donations will go to any specific area. Donations may be used for payment of past, current, and future projects. Donations may be used for funding the running of the company. Donations may be used for overtly Christian projects or projects that are not overtly Christian. No guarantee is made that any donation will fund any particular project, place or religion. OVKOR reserves the right to use donations as it wishes. OVKOR may itself give funds including to organizations of need such as Open Doors which assists persecuted Christians (see their website for further information: https://www.opendoors.org.au/). Donations are non-refundable. Thank-you for your desire to support OVKOR.
Termination of Use
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
Governing Law
This website is controlled by OVKOR.com from our offices located in the state of QLD, Australia. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of QLD, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of QLD, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.
Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Australia, QLD. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
Guarantee
Unless otherwise expressed, OVKOR.com expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
All rights not expressly given here are reserved.

This is a site headquarters and is not Ohroara’s place of residence. This may, however, be the residence of loyal guard dogs.
